Pastoral Care
At Trinity, we prioritise the wellbeing of our students through our comprehensive pastoral care program. Our commitment to pastoral care encompasses the growth and wellbeing of our students, as well as the wider school community. We strive to create an environment and culture that supports the holistic development of every student, including their physical, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Our pastoral care program is built on the foundation of personalised support and tailored initiatives. We recognise the unique needs of each student and work towards addressing those needs through a range of initiatives. Our goal is to foster respectful, dynamic, and productive relationships that empower students to thrive and grow throughout their educational journey with us.
In the Junior School, our dedicated Class Teachers take on the important role of nurturing the wellbeing of each student in their care. They provide personalised support, guidance, and a caring environment to ensure that our youngest learners thrive both academically and emotionally.
In our Senior School (Years 7-12), we provide daily opportunities for students to connect, engage, and discuss important topics through our House Mentors and House Group sessions. These sessions offer a nurturing space where students can develop meaningful connections, receive guidance, and actively participate in discussions that promote personal growth and development.
We understand that student wellbeing is essential for academic success and overall fulfillment. Our dedicated pastoral care program is designed to ensure that every student feels supported, valued, and equipped with the skills necessary to navigate the challenges of their educational journey. We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive community where students can thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
