How to Enrol
Enrolment at Trinity is open throughout the year, and offers are given as places become available. We welcome applications for new students across all year levels.
Our largest intake occurs in Kindergarten, where students are divided into four classes located in the Infants Centre, with each class accommodating up to 26 students.
Year 7 has traditionally been a popular entry point for students coming from standalone primary schools. However, due to the growth of our College, the number of Year 7 positions offered is decreasing each year. This is because we prioritise guaranteeing places for our current students in the senior school, and then offer the remaining positions to families outside the College community. Enrolling your child in Year 5 or 6 allows them to benefit from Trinity's transitional methods, which our current students experience before starting the senior school. These methods include using laptops in class, exposure to a variety of teaching staff across dynamic lessons, and locker bays, all designed to help ease the transition to senior school while securing a position prior to Year 7.

Step 2: Complete a Registration of Interest in Enrolment form
After or during your tour, you have the option to complete a Registration of Interest in Enrolment form and submit it along with the appropriate administration fee of $150 per child.
A letter acknowledging the receipt of your interest in enrolment will be issued. While we accept applications at any time, we encourage you to register your interest in enrolment well in advance due to the continued growth of our school. Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee a place at Trinity Anglican College.
Step 3: Enrolment Interview
Once we receive all the completed documentation from the Registration of Interest in Enrolment form, your child will be invited for an Enrolment Interview.
For Junior School students, these interviews are conducted by the Head of the Junior School/Dean of Studies Junior School, and for Senior School students, the interviews are conducted by the Head of Senior School/Dean of Studies Senior School. Following the Enrolment Interview and based on the advice of the Heads of School, a formal letter of offer may be provided.
Step 4: Confirmation of Place
Upon receiving the Letter of Offer, families can accept the offer by paying a non-refundable Enrolment Guarantee Fee of $300 within seven business days. We will then provide written Confirmation of Place once we receive the completed Application for Enrolment form, along with any other required documentation.
Step 5: Welcome and Orientation
Whether your child starts in Term 1 or joins us later in the year, our teachers and staff will ensure a seamless transition to our College. For our main intake year levels of Kindergarten, Year 3, and Year 7, students are invited to attend a series of Transition Days before their official start date.
Enrolment Criteria
Age Requirements:
For enrolment in Kindergarten (NSW), children should have turned 5 years old by 31 March in the year they start school.
Trinity Anglican College follows an open entry policy, welcoming applications from all prospective students. However, the Principal may exercise discretion in giving preference to certain applications based on the following criteria:
Sibling Connection:
- Having a sibling currently attending or previously attended Trinity Anglican College.
Transfers:
- Transferring from interstate or overseas schools with a similar educational approach to Trinity Anglican College.
- Transferring from other schools affiliated with the Anglican Schools Commission.
Staff Connection:
- Children of full-time permanent teaching staff at Trinity Anglican College.
Legacy:
- Children or grandchildren of former students of Trinity Anglican College.
Anglican Affiliation:
- Children of Anglican priests or pastors.
Exceptional Ability:
- Demonstrating potential to excel academically or in other areas of the school program.
Returning Students:
- Prioritising the re-enrolment of students who were offered priority at the time of their departure.
